Because Agupunt USA products are sterile, single-use clinical instruments, our return policy is designed to protect both patient safety and product integrity.
Unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at export2@agugroup.com before returning any item to receive return instructions.
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or unsealed sterile products cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return terms for clinic, hospital, and bulk professional orders are agreed upon individually as part of the custom quote process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a confirmed defect or shipping error on our part.
